IMAGE LICENSING/TERMS & CONDITIONS
IMAGE LICENSING
All Blue Ocean images are available for annual leasing. Please call our office with your requirements and we will send you a proof sheet of images that fit your parameters.
Each image can be licensed for an annual fee of $2,000, and can be used per our
licensing terms and conditions.
LIMITED COPYRIGHT LICENSE AGREEMENT
All photography and rights therein, in accordance with U.S. copyright laws,
remains the sole and exclusive property of BLUE OCEAN PHOTOGRAPHY, INC.
BLUE OCEAN PHOTOGRAPHY, INC retains for life reproduction and display rights to all photographs.
Licensor (BLUE OCEAN PHOTOGRAPHY) and Licensee (CLIENT) agree to the following terms:
Licensor retains all copyright and moral rights to each image.
Licensor also retains all rights not expressed in the agreement including advertising rights.
Licensee may not transfer this license to other parties without written permission from Licensor.
Licensee agrees that altering images is prohibited without first receiving written permission from Licensor.
Any usage of the photos by anyone other than the Licensee, including but not limited to architects, builders, developers,
villa rental companies, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, magazine/publication editors is prohibited
unless approved in writing by BLUE OCEAN PHOTOGRAPHY
In accordance with U.S. copyright laws, a license is granted only to the client for the purposes stated above and not to any third party or for any other purpose.
